‘’Rachel Jepson understands what drives musicians and what destroys them. These stories, interviews and contributions from others in the music industry , together with her compassionate voice and gentle, reasoned advice points, make this an invaluable source of reassurance, affirmation and practical help and information for musicians themselves and for the mental health professionals, counsellors and therapists from whom they seek help.’’

-Catherine Jackson, Editor, Therapy Today

Mental Health and Wellbeing Services for the Music Industry

Founder Rachel Jepson has over 20 years of experience in the music industry and is a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist and supervisor and an accredited Psychotherapist of the BACP. She understands the unique issues that come with being involved in the music industry and is often asked to speak at universities and as part of industry panels for organisations such as HelpMusicians, ISM, AIM, We Are Robots and more.

Now, more than ever, it is apparent that the Music Industry comes with it’s own unique set of circumstances that can be associated with mental health issues. Having knowledge of these issues can help raise awareness and support musicians and mental industry professionals.

We provide the first and only certificate in Mental Health Awareness in the Music Industry which is accredited by CPD. This a 1-day course covering unique issues which are present within mental health in the music industry, and will teach you how to support yourself and others who may be suffering. In April 2020, CPD also accredited a 2 hour workshop dedicated to music students.

You can buy Mental Health In The Music Industry: A Guide for £1.99 as an ebook or £6.99 for a paperback on Amazon now. Proceeds go to music charities providing mental health and wellbeing support.
